Exercise Description and Instruction:
This exercise uses a Stability Ball as the base during your crunches rather than a bench.
To Perform this Exercise:
- Lie on your back with your feet on a stability ball and place your hands across your chest, or on either side of your head.
- While keeping the small of your back on the floor, raise your head, shoulders and chest up and off the floor.
- Hold the position for a moment contracting your abs and then return to the starting position.
Tips:
- Perform this exercise in a slow and controlled manner. Picture your abs crunching like an accordion
