Exercise Description and Instruction:

This exercise uses a Stability Ball as the base during your crunches rather than a bench.

To Perform this Exercise:

  1. Lie on your back with your feet on a stability ball and place your hands across your chest, or on either side of your head.
  2. While keeping the small of your back on the floor, raise your head, shoulders and chest up and off the floor.
  3. Hold the position for a moment contracting your abs and then return to the starting position.
