Exercise Description and Instruction:

This Triceps Exercise is a variation of standard Tricep Dips done on a weight machine to ensure proper range of motion. 

To Perform This Exercise:

  1. Adjust the seat of the machine so that the handles are equal with your elbows.
  2. Grasp the handles of the machine and press down with equal pressure until your arms are fully extended.
  3. Pause for a moment then return to the starting position.

Tips:

  1. Keep your abs drawn in and your body straight during this exercise.
  2. Stay seated on the machine throughout the exercise.
