Exercise Description and Instruction:
This Weight Training Exercise is a variation of the Tricep Kickback and also uses a dumbbell and kickback motion to isolate your triceps.
To Perform This Exercise:
- Sit on the edge of a bench with your feet flat on the floor and a dumbbell in your right hand.
- Bring your right arm up to your side so that your biceps and triceps are are almost parallel to the bench. Keep your elbow at this height throughout the exercise.
- While keeping your left arm vertical, press your right arm back by extending your arm and bending at the elbow.
- Return to the starting position, repeat for the prescribed number of reps, and switch arms.
